I went to a block party on 5th Ave about a month ago where I discovered the coolest DJ. The block party was celebrating a new Tri-Met Max line that had just been completed. There we a few local bands that played on two different stages but none of them compared to the DJ who played on the stage in front of Pasha Night Club. I dont remember his name but he played the coolest music I’ve heard in a long time. He played a cool mix of house music from all over the world Latin, Arabic, Afro, and Euro; Really Global! He danced around and really got the crowd jumping. I’ve never seen anything quite like that Portland. Someone at the block party told me that he’s the DJ at Pasha but when I went there this weekend I didnt see him. Does anyone know where he plays?
