June 28: Portland Mural Show Block Party & Live Painting | Free

A Message from Mr. Chris Haberman:

Live painters, full block party and live music all day. Come join us for this spectacular community event of local art and music, complete with 37 live painters on the street, a painting performance by the renowned Tom Cramer and acoustic and electric performance by punk legends, M.D.C. (Millions of Dead Cops), as well as a cast of many others.

NOON – 12:45 – DJ TBA
12:45 – 1:30 – Paulrus is Dead (jazz/blues/rock)
1:45-2:40 – The Chesstones (bluegrass)
2:45 – 3:40 – Hello Cleveland (blues/rock)
3:45 – 4:45 – DJ TBA – to play during Tom Cramer’s livepaint performance
4:45 – guest speaker, mural show closing comments, presentation
5:00 – MDC (millions of dead cops) (punk/folk)

All 37 doors painted will be available for purchase at a separate event to be held at Olympic Mills in August. 10% of proceeds of this event benefit P:EAR.

Special guest Joe Cotter (aka – The McMenamins artist) to appear as well as a secret celebrity!!!!
