According to the message I just got from Nilina of “Not on the Guest List” fame, there will be a “flash-mob vibe” bringing much more amenities to the park on Sunday as part of a summer “informal gigs in offbeat locations” series she is calling “Lost Gospel“.
A note from Nilina:
The first show is this Sunday – June 29th with White Fang. It’s on the basketball court of Brooklyn Park at 7pm. Pampelmoose is sponsoring the generator and this White Fang gig is gonna be crazy -somewhere in between, mosh-pit style, poetry reading, acoustic show. Come one, come all! We hope the shows will escalate from here. Future shows include Glass Candy on a playground, a Starfucker pool party and Glass Teeth and Almost Nearly on a train plus more to come.
