Great Magnet Recording Concerns presents The Porch on Thursday August 28th, 2008 during Alberta Streets Last Thursday Art Walk.
Voted the Best of Portland by the Willamette Week in 2007, ThePorch is a unique music venue that has been featuring local and national musicians during Last Thursday for over 4 years.
The Porch is the front porch of 2827 NE Alberta St, the Studio and Headquarters of Great Magnet Recording Concerns. The BYOB event is free, open to the public, and features four bands throughout the evening from 6pm-10pm.
This month The Porch is proud to feature Mark DeNardo, 8-bit composer and songwriter from Brooklyn, NY, as well as local acts The Golden Greats, The Marmits and Ari Lesser and the 4 Trees hailing from Eugene, Oregon.
