Meetin Portland has their December mingler on Thursday. December 4 years ago, Pipeline attended its first Meetin Portland event. It was a great time and MIPL has grown a tremendous amount since then. Plus, they are actually having this one in SouthEast which is very rare. Plus, Foosball!

Every month MiPL has a “Mingler” evening which is just for hanging out at a bar, meeting new members and other MiPL friends. This is very relaxed, friendly and informal – so just come along for a drink or few and meet new people — because this is what it’s all about!
If you haven’t yet been to a MiPL event, this is a great one to start with. Feel free to come find one of us when you arrive – we’ll be looking out for new faces too.
This month’s Mingler will be held at Blitz Ladd–just a few blocks west of Ladd’s Addition. For MiPLers familiar with Blitz from Running of the Bullshitters, Santacon, etc., this is NOT the Blitz in the Pearl. This is Blitz’s new second location, which has a very relaxed neighborhood bar vibe and plenty of space to accommodate our growing numbers.
Blitz Ladd is reserving a huge area for us with lots of comfy couches. Blitz also has foosball and pool tables.
Incidentally – admittedly “Mingler” may sound a bit like it’s a singles’ mixer – but it most assuredly is not! This and all other events are for meeting people and making friends, so whether you’re single, coupled, married – you’re very, very welcome.
