Julian Chadwick started PDX Pipeline in 2005. Since mid-2006, there have been over 1400 posts here and this site averages somewhere between 80-120 posts/month.

    Thanks for the add on the Party tonite in the Pearl District but unfortunate the party had to be cancelled..Too much public exposure, HGTV is filming the house in 2 weeks ..residence started complaining to the townhouse board..Oregonian got a whiff of it..Danny’s agent /Lawyer had to get involved….

    So please remove posting!! Again thanks for the posting however this event will not happen tonite!!!

    Julian- Thanks for taking the time to sit for my podcast interview. Unfortunately my heavily pickled voice rendered the whole thing useless.
